During the Xmas holidays, our water heater was giving us insane trouble and Payless assigned David H. to assist us with this problem. Extremely knowledgeable and a credit to his profession, through heavy winds and constant rain, David weathered the storm (literally) to get our water heater replaced. David H. and his team at Payless W/H/P come with my highest recommendations for any of your watwr heater needs!

This place is incredible, no bs, very professional, from Bianca the rep who created my work order→ Adan, who is literally the best Tech I have ever had work at a residence of mine. This Tech Adan came in, was extremely professional, took his time to explain the process, when he quoted my job, there was no pushing to get more money, no awkward pauses, this guy laid it all out and got me the price that I wanted and went above and beyond in the replacement of my 15 yr old water heater. The job was immaculate, he cleaned the area, he put a TMP in, he put an awesome looking gas shut off that came to the front, no bs, he made it look like a commerical building install. God bless Adan Bianca and this company, and may they have an abundance of business for years to come.

I needed to replace my Bradford White 50 gal gas water heater after 16 years. I went to Bradford White's website and Payless was one of their preferred vendors in my area. I called and they sent Carlos R the next day. Carlos was excellent and did a very nice job removing the old water heater and replacing it with the new one. He was pleasant, knowedgeable and answered all my questions. I was very pleased with the entire experience. The back office was also very helpful, supportive and sent updates letting me know when he would arrive. I probably could have saved some money if I had gotten more quotes. But I was very happy with Payless. I would highly recommend them.

We called them late in the evening and they responded and promptly scheduled a next day afternoon appointment. The technician arrived at the scheduled time and notified us 20mins before arrival. Our technician, Ezequiel, quickly evaluated the problem, explained us the issue and was patient in answering any questions that we had. He was able to replace the system in about 3 hours and did a clean job.
Overall we were extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend them.

Dustin knew what he was doing and answered any questions that I had. I am very happy overall with Payless Water Heaters.

David did an amazing job from start to finish. He let us know when he was on his way and immediately as soon as he got there.. he explained what was going on and the options we had.. he didnt rush the process while we were deciding. He answered all questions and made sure we knew what was included in the cost. Once we made the decision he got to work and Once he finished the work, he explained everything to the "T" of the work he did and He made sure everything was in working order before he left. (I was out of state so he explained and showed via video call) A very tremendous kudos to David.. need more David's out there.

This company is incredible......JC arrived at the scheduled time and was extremely pleasant and professional, the installation was a little more complicated, due to the location of the water heater (which is inside the house, halfway up the stairwell) so he called his manager, as it was to difficult for one person to remove and lift the new heater into place.
Not long after Tony showed up and was as equally pleasant and professional (this was at no extra cost to me). After this the installation went smoothly and there were no problems. The work was carried out as agreed and there was no mess. I would absolutely use this company again and if possible I would request JC to carry out the work. Excellent company with exemplary employees.........Thank you JC and Tony.

Darren was very knowledgeable and was very helpful on my decision to get a tankless water heater. His work was done in a very professional and clean way. I would like to ad after checking their price is considerably more expensive. Through the gas company same unit would have $3600 verse over $6000🤷🏻‍♂️. I will know to check with the gas company on average price.
